I Cry
Tired am I,
Smile, not too often.
Laughter stuck in limbo
I CRY
Tears never stop flowing- heart dam has finally broken.
Water flowing sometimes freely other times jagged rocks stick to the lining
of my heart causing much pain
I CRY
Here at my desk I try to "talk" words don't come, heart filled with heavy
sadness, mind quietly contemplating what to do, I can't "help"
I CRY
I cry, for life that ended that fateful day, took only seconds for this
new one to begin
Too hard I say-but I'll always love you…
I CRY
Torn up inside, outside shows the 'window' to something painful, lost
and sad...
I need you says He;
worn out and too tired, reply’s' she;
Really need to end, to go somewhere, can't find inner peace no more.
I CRY
Lord-I cry for so much loss,
I-cry-for the anger,
I cry for the bitterness,
I cry for so much need.
Can't reach; need, too hard to get.
Many years have since passed
and Still...
I CRY...
